We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Market Responsible to lead market strategy, execution, and performance for our key geographic or product segment. This role requires a strong commercial mindset, deep market insight, and the ability to align cross-functional efforts to drive business growth and brand success.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive market strategies to drive growth and achieve revenue targets. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and risks. Act as the key liaison between local markets and headquarters, ensuring strategic alignment and effective communication. Lead product positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategies tailored to the regional market. Collaborate with Sales, Product, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams to ensure operational excellence. Monitor KPIs and market performance; adjust strategies based on performance insights. Represent the company at trade events, conferences, and customer meetings. Provide input into product development and portfolio planning based on market intelligence. Lead or support key projects and initiatives within the assigned market segment. Mentor and develop junior team members where applicable.
